How we protect your data.
Infrastructure
Selda runs on EU-based infrastructure with SOC 2 compliant providers. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
Authentication
We use industry-standard authentication. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We support SSO for team plans.
Data access
Access to production data is restricted to essential personnel only. All access is logged and audited.
Email security
SeldaMail implements SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Domain warming follows industry best practices to maintain deliverability.
Reporting
Found a vulnerability? Email security@selda.city. We take all reports seriously and respond within 48 hours.
